Grounding: Neutralizing Static Energy

Balancing the electrical load accumulated in daily life

I use the grounding method quite seriously. So what is grounding? It is neutralizing the static energy accumulated in the body through contact with the earth.

The causes of static energy buildup include nylon clothing, rubber-soled shoes, computer use, high-electricity environments, and exposure to electromagnetic fields. This accumulation may be associated with heart rhythm irregularities, skin sensitivities, mental fatigue, and certain neurophysiological effects.

Even electrocardiography — ECG — measures the reflection of the heart’s bioelectric energy. Therefore, balancing static energy in the body is important.

One of the basic ways of grounding is stepping on soil barefoot or after taking a shower. It is thought to support the discharge of electrical load.

I recommend considering the balance of electrical energy within a framework of bioelectric usefulness.
