The Balance Created by Seasons for Humanity
Not merely to fill yourself, but to appreciate the natural benefit it carries.

As each season changes, nature seems to produce brand-new fruits and vegetables to protect people from the risks that come with that time of year. One of these is the jujube — a magnificent fruit that nature offers us right at the entrance of winter.
Some call the jujube the fruit of immortality. Yet, I have never seen anyone eat jujube and live forever! It can be eaten one or two kilograms a year; enjoyed fresh from the branch, dried, or even made into jam.
There is a truth common to all fruits: they are rich in antioxidants. They benefit the skin and the heart. With their oils, vitamins, and minerals, they contribute to human health.
As winter approaches, along with jujube, one should also remember vegetables like cabbage and broccoli. When spring arrives, the plum becomes a symbol of health and goodness. When summer comes, watermelons, melons, cherries, tomatoes, cucumbers, and green vegetables all seem to exist to bring humanity health and healing. When autumn comes, quinces and grapes adorn life.
Therefore, look at everything you eat and drink as a medicine nature has offered you. Not merely to fill yourself, not only for pleasure, but with awareness of the benefit nature provides to humankind. Then you will have a healthy, happy, and beautiful life.
